Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unopened and in its original packaging with seals intact
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product or incorrect quantity

We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of damaged or defective products before processing a refund. In cases of defective products, we may offer a replacement at no additional cost.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, contact us at office@klozarinfrexor.world with your order number, reason for the refund, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of damaged items). Our customer support team will respond within 5 business days and provide instructions for returning the product if applicable.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund in your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will also reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon receipt of proof of postage.

Exclusions

Opened or partially used products are not eligible for refund unless they are defective. Products purchased from third-party retailers must be returned according to that retailer's return policy. We are unable to accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or stored improperly.
